Cannot add stat ledger to Ledger set

Hi ,

i have just created a New STAT Ledger and I am Trying to add it to a existing STAT ledger.

The ledger is complete.

I have tried through GL responsibility and STAT GL responsibility .

but this new ledger is not listed in the Ledger set LOV.

Can somebody suggest what might be the issue.?
