How to enable oracle planning for a particular user ?

Hi Team,

Greetings.

I have a requirement from my customer as mentioned below.

1. Enable "Planner X" in Oracle Planning.

2. There is a Planner called "Planner X" that is not being used that we would like to use.  The Description should become "Components - C Items".  The employee should be tied to it.

3. Post this they should be able to choose Planner X in Item Organization set up for components.
