Siebel email response not fetching email body and attachment files

Hi, is there a way to process email with Siebel email response w/o fetching email body and related attachment by MS Exchance server into Siebel shared filesystem?

The objective could be to leave email files on MS Exchange server andMS Exchange server content within Siebel filesystem

What is the best architecture to process huge volume of emails?
