Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Create notification for a specific attachment in sales order header

Need to create notification to Sales Order Creator in case any attachment is added to sales order header. Pls let me know your thoughts.
