UOM Conversion Error - 4161

Hi,

I get error id 4161 when I try to enter SI order.  When I enter regular SO I don't get this error though.  P41002 & P41003 look alright to me. Please help.

Unit of measure conversion error. 
Go to error..

CAUSE. . . . . The program unsuccessfully attempted to convert from one unit of
measure to another.
RESOLUTION . . Determine whether a unit of measure conversion record exists
for the product item or if a conversion record exists in the
standard unit of measure file.
If the product is a bulk item, verify that density and temp-
erature data exist. Also verify that a weight unit of measure
