What is the Relationship between Process Item Ingredients and Co-Product Output Quantities?

We are trying to use the process manufacturing setup for some of the items we produce but we are struggling to understand the relationship between the Process Ingredients and the Co-Product output.  In our scenario we make a bulk product that can then be split into either 1 ml (co-product1) or 5 ml (co-product2) vials.  Would the Ingredients list need to account for both Co-products being produced?  Also, from a costing perspective should the costs of the two co-products add up to the cost of 1 process unit or should the process unit be equivalent to the 1 ml size
