What is the best approach to duplicate a non-ASM single instance 12c database to a single instance D

We're moving from non-ASM single instance databases to a new ODA Virtualized Platform running ODA_BASE and ACFS.  What is the best way to duplicate our existing databases to the new ODAVP platform?
