apex url not working after weblogic server deployemnt.

Hi,

we followed following doc for install

http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/apex/learnmore/apex-ebs-extension-white-paper-345780.pdf

as per http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E56351_01/doc.30/e56293.pdf ,  we deployed apex.war (renamed ords.war)  in weblogic server.      The deployments are active.    We are trying to access the following url

http://servername:8003/apex/apex_admin

getting the following error

404 not found

The request could not be mapped to any database. Check the request URL is correct, and that URL to database mappings have been correctly configured

Please let me know , how to fix this
