Venezuela Wittheld Amount to disccount

Hi Mates.

Could you please tell me if does exist the localization Oracle process to cover the Witheld Amount to disccount for Venezuela ?.

You can see the follow example:

Tax Code 12%

Base amount = 10.000

Withheld Amount = 1.200
(The part above is automatic from Tax Code)

Disccount :  500 There is a legal requirement which says the company has to disccount 500 over the Withheld Amount

right WHT = 700 How do you do to setup this ??  The tax code doesn´t provide this solution.
