Long run times and output file issues with Benefits ACA Transmission XML Generation Process

Hello,

We are seeing a very long run times (12 hours on average) for "Benefits ACA Transmission XML Generation Process" and when the process is run to completion successfully we are not getting all 1095C's reported on the 1094C files.

Ideally, with the employee count we have (and corresponding 1095C's) we should be seeing atleast ten 1094C and corresponding manifest files. But we are seeing only 2 sets of 1094C/manifest files as opposed to 10 sets at least. And only the 1st set of 1094C/manifest file seems to have data with in it and the 2nd set 1094C/manifest files are blank with 0 byte size.
