Need information on upgrade of Oracle EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.5 before upgrade.

Hi Team,

 
We need below information on upgrade from Oracle EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.5 . Before going for upgrade process we need confirmation on below.
 
1. Do we need require separate licensing on R12.2.5 , also do we require separate licensing for weblogic after upgrade.
2. Rightnow How many customers are using Oracle EBS R12.2.5 , in percentage??
3. we are almost stable on R12.1.3 but do you think we need to upgrade to R12.2.5 or should we have to wait till next release.
4. Any advance feature if we upgrade EBS apart from online patching.
 
Please confirm on this priority.
