Invoice lines are discarded after made payment

Hi Team,

We have a issue with our invoices and payments. User made a changes at invoice lines after invoice paid. When we running the create accounting there is a mismatch in accounting and amounts.

Invoice created> payment made>Invoice lines are discarded>Create Accounting

Cash Account amount is showing less with compared to Invoice amount.

Please help on this issue.
