Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Usage Successful without Called-Number field (B Number)

While doing prepaid usage (seagull and diameter gateway), when we commented the

<avp name="Called-Station-Id" value="009160021245"></avp>

even after commenting the Called-Station-id avp we are seeing that usage is successful.

Request a clarification on this from oracle team.
