Planning exception notification response isn't refelecting on planner workbench(MPS/MRP)

Hello All,

 

Associated xxname/xxemail with xxplanner code. 4 finished goods were linked with xxplanner code on organization level. When MPS completed, xxplanner getting notifications to mail box. When he try to select schedule or do not reschedule via worklist , it isn’t doing changes on planner workbench.



Is the planning exception notification will automatically take action and only send message for information purpose  ?

Is it waiting for recipients to take action or not?
