How To Resolve Uncosted Material/WSM While Trying To Close Inventory Accounting Periods?

We are currently having issue while trying to close Inventory Accounting Periods as the system prompted us with Pending Transactions-Uncosted Material/WSM( )resolution required. What this simply means is that we have some uncosted materials which are pending.I have re-submitted this for costing severally but no solution.

Is there an SQL statement to resolve this issue?Or is there any functional steps that can be taken to resolve the issue.
