How to validate my WAC looking at my F41112 and F4111 for an item

since I need to see how a particular Inv transaction has a WAC as a backup for the auditors how do I go about getting this calculated. WAC =[(QOH * current WAC)+ (Trans Qty * Trans UNCS)] / (QOH + Trans Qty). using this calc I still do not get the UNCs calculated for this item as attached.
