iProcurement broken from personalization

Hi everyone...I'm not sure what happened but our iProcurement stopped working!

I was adding a raw text Personalization that contained html to the Shopping Cart region...working fine..then I added some </br> tags and the whole thing blew up. The page just comes up 'You have encountered an unexpected error' and we can't do anything in iProcurement. The only theory I have is the </br> tags pushed the html length over 3000 characters...I couldn't find anywhere saying there was a limitation on the column and the field in the table itself is 4000, so was thinking I'd be ok with what i had.
