AR Period Close error - Unposted items

Hi Guys,

When we run the Subledger exception report, there are 6 'Unprocessed' receipts.

Subsequently when we run the Unposted items report, the same 6 receipts show up as 'Unapplied' under Misc receipts category but with only credit amounts as 0.00.

How to resolve this error? Or is it something that can be ignored?
