oem 12c installation failed on ulimit checking

Install oem 12.1.0.5 in Linux 6.


Here is our limits.conf:

oracle soft nproc 13312

oracle hard nproc 16384

oracle soft nofile 4096

oracle hard nofile 16384

oracle soft stack 10240

oracle hard stack 32768

And 90-nproc.conf:

* - nproc 16384

root soft nproc unlimited


And checking:

oracle@aws-oem01 ~]$ ulimit -n

4096

[oracle@aws-oem01 ~]$ ulimit -Hn

16384

[oracle@aws-oem01 ~]$ ulimit -u

13312


But failed as:
