Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Unable to Query on Asset category DFF via Asset Workbench.

Hello,

Unable to Query on Asset Category DFF via Asset Workbench. Version - R12

Steps to reproduce the issue

From Fixed Assets responsibility --> Asset Workbench --> Asset Category DFF does not come up to enter Query

If Asset category is entered , then the DFF comes up, but once dada is entered and clicked Find it does not execute .. No data is fetched.

If the DFF is cleared then the data is fetched. Screen shots is attached doc

Alternatively I tried the following. I think I was able to do this in earlier version in 11i

Once Queried on workbench and data is retrieved, click F11 to enter Query mode.
