VM Manager on local system

Hi,

Can we install oracle VM manager on local system for practice purpose ?

We have one local server with 2TB hard disk and 64GB Ram.

Our purpose is to test oracle vm templates for RAC database. After installing Oralce VM Manager -> How can we create server pool and file server locally ?

Is it possible  ?

Please suggest !
