SD/OD issue- cannot do a partial receipt

P4212 : SD/OD - Cannot do a partial receipt - Status flow not setup

Problem Description

I have created SD/od order with 2 lines, and have fully received line 1 via P4312, but cannot do a partial receipt for line 2. and I get message 'status flow not setup.

please advise, as to what my issue is

The sd rules, line D

The OD rules are: line type D
