BO Manual Release

Hi,

I have a scenario in E1 : Available = 10 , Onhand = 10 no incoming or commits so far.

Order 1 = Place for 10 qty and went fine no issue : But status of P41202 = Onhand = 10 , committed = 10 and available = 0 and BO = 0

Order 2 = Place for 10 qty and 10 qty went in BO bucket, P41202 status = Onhand = 10, commented = 20 and available = -10 and BO = 10

I want to process order 2 , i went in P42117 and release the inventory ,it accepted and released the BO from sale orders.Why the system not thrown any error. Snce there is no available and order 1 consumed the inventory, why P42117 allowed the BO release? Is there any way we can do the Hard error not to release order 2 until order 1 manual moved to backorder bucket?
