Check-List steps for Encryption Upgrade RC2 to AES

Hello all,

Due to upgrade to IP2015.9, i need also to upgrade the Data Encryption level.

Wants to know from one experienced, what are the steps of upgrading "Data Encryption" from RC2 to AES.

I read the "Siebel Security Guide", but the steps does not arranged one after the other as a check-list.

Additionally, if i need only to upgrade Data Encryption: is there any chance of damaging another component in the system ?

(what should i backup before starting upgrade ...)
