Fatal NI connect error 12545

Hi All,

My Oracle database server performance is too slow. I checked alert logs and see below details....

Alert logs are continuously fill with the following.. please help me ..how i can trouble shoot and resolve it...

OS win 2012 R2 Std  64 bit, Ram 20 gb
