Formula Based Depreciation Method for half Rate in first year and fix rate in remaining Years?

Hi Team,

Formula Based Depreciation Method for half Rate in first year and fix rate in remaining Years?

Scenario:

Depreciation calender:Yearly:

Prorate calender: Daily

Life 10 years.

First year : 5%

2nd year till 10th year: 10%(fixed)

Remaining in 11th year: 5%

I achieved this with Table Based Depreciation,but entering 365 periods for 11 years is not feasible without an API.Even with data loader it is really impossible as we cannot save it in between.

We have Life like 25 years and so on.Please suggest suitable Formula to achieve the same,or any SQL to update Rates via Table Based methods.

Also please suggest if below approach can be followed.
