Hello!

I'm having problem with adding new record from any view from siebel tools when connected to local database.

The error is

"An internal error has occurred due to an invalid definition for id business component.

Please ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration.(SBL-DAT-00415)".

I'm using Siebel Tools IP 2015 patch 5.

Local Database is Oracle Express Edition 12c, installed with the patch.

I found recommendation in support site (Unable to maintain information Internal error has occured due to an invalid definition for ID buscom (Doc ID 520027.1)) to add SSE_ROLE role to the user that was getting the error.
