Getting Error While creating ATO(Configurator) item Order by using OE_ORDER_PUB

Hi All,

I am trying to create ATO(Configurtor) by using OE_ORDER_PUB Order API,-(Doc ID 1575371.1)

In our case  Order got created, API resturn 'S' but, order stuck in "Entered" state and throwing 1 message that configurator is incomplete. Please find below the API log.
