Deployment on different nodes

Hi all,

wir have an environment with 2 nodes. One deployed application on WebLogic present German-Charchters (such as ü, ö,...) correct, another one present ascii Codes.

It seems as different configuration on Serer and/or application, but how can I find out root cause of issue?
