Effect of MCU changed by SQL in the Purchase Order tables

I would like to know the effects especially the commitments and any other issues if the Business Unit is changed in the Purchase Order tables by SQL.

It would be greatly appreciated which are the other tables that could be facing issue and any solutions to that.
