Problem with year to date total within payroll register R073012

We upgraded from JDE9.0 to JDE9.2 and have encountered a problem with the year to date values within the payroll register. In PD the year to date column displays all earnings from RP0001 RP0002 in addition to the current amount processed in payroll. In JDE9.2 it is displaying from the current tax packet attached at the employee level plus the current amount. 

Example

RP001 YTD GROSS 8480.78

RP002 YTD GROSS 13131.99

Current 1884.62

GROSS Year to date JP9.0 = 23497.39

GROSS Year to date JP9.2 = 10365.4

We are expecting to see 23497.39 vs. the current display of 10365.4
