Why is this not exploding the BOM to show the true constraint?

Why is this not exploding the BOM to show the true constraint?

ATP explodes the BOM from 50 to 290 where there is enough fabric available, but when you put 295 in where there is not enough fabric it throws back the date of 10Aug based on the fabric but does not show the constraint detail.
