Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Here in Brazil, we have an issue for Credit Memo that is created a line for Exchange Gain and Loss when we applying the CM for invoices.

The client have Oracle EBS R12.0.6 and is migrate to R12.2.4. In R12.0.6 the CM doesn't create a line for Exchange Gain and Loss.

How the event class "Credit Memo Exchange Gain or Loss" is started by SLA?
