Stand alone to RAC One node

Hi Experts,

I have below queries, Someone please help.

1. Is this possible to install 12c RAC One Node Grid Software (with ASM) and binaries on One Node (only) and add another node later.

2. Is this possible to Install 12c Software (with ASM) and binaries on Single node with Oracle restart and then convert same server to RAC One Node architecture by adding another node.
