In Rolling profile group setup I am not able to arrange rolling profile in the manner I want it to b

See the screenshot, this is what I require.

I want "Base week 10"  to be below "Base week 9" , but Demantra automatically put it below "Base week 1".

in the implementation guide it is mentioned that by dragging and dropping up and down we can achieve this, But I tried and it is not happening. there is no such option.

Please help on this, it's urgent...
