Transfill Equipment Supplies & Services Company, Registration ID # 0000000275, received 2 auto-generated welcome emails with incorrect Supplier IDs, before they had been “Approved” by Supplier Maintenance in the Registration Portal. 

Transfill Equipment Supplies & Services Company created supplier Registration ID 0000000275 on 6/16/16.  The registration for Transfill Equipment Supplies & Services Company had a duplicate “Requested User Id” in the portal and could not be approved.  The registration request was marked ‘Request More Information” by Supplier Maintenance on 6/21/16, so Transfill Equipment Supplies & Services Company could go back into the registration and make corrections.  Transfill Equipment Supplies & Services Company was contacted by a Supplier Maintenance staff member by phone to let them know they could not be approved and receive a Supplier ID until the “Requested User ID” was corrected.
