How to define XML Publisher Template to use in OAB System Extract?

How to define XML Publisher Template to use in OAB System Extract? I do not see any of my xml templates in the List of values. What is the process to define the template so it can be shown in the LOV. Thanks in advance. this is my first time using this functionality.
