T5-2 server ILOM hang issue

Hi Oracle Experts,

We are facing T5-2 servers ILOM net managent port not responding issue. we tried network connectivity, net management port status is not down always even we tried with good network cables.

We access server via serial console and tried to go back to service processor "#." option but from OS it's not allowing to go back.

To release ILOM hang status let us know any other option other than rebooting server.
