Generating Overtime after 8hrs/day or 40hrs/week whichever is most advantageous to the employee

Does anyone ran into this type of challenge?

Without custom mods - involving generating a batch each scenario and creating a custom program to compare results - I believe the standard JDE functionality does not accommodate for such request, but maybe I am wrong.

If this is doable, I would appreciate you to share your experience with me.
