Clearance jumping to Worksheet Status with Exception - "com.retek.platform.exception.RetekUnknownSys

Hello All,

I have a scenario (in RPM 14.1) where the clearance is jumping back to worksheet status. I am getting the error:

"com.retek.platform.exception.RetekUnknownSystemException: @0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-32638: Non unique addressing in MODEL dimensions@2RPM_ROLL_FORWARD_SQL.RPM_RF_CS_PROMO_UOM_CARRIER

    exception id: 1467030331552".

I checked for duplicates and found it. I deleted that and tried approving the clearance but still it comes to worksheet status.

I have also cross checked ITEM_LOC and RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL everything looks fine there too.

Could anyone suggest why this is happening.
