Upgrade Query - Not all users in P0092 copied over to 9.2 from 9.1

Hello,

We are in process of upgrading our 9.1 to 9.2. We copied over the 910 schemas in to the 9.,2 Database and running an upgrade.

Plan and workbench has all completed successfully. However when we verified the list of users in 910 and 920, not all are copied. 910 system had around 250 odd users and the upgraded 920  has just 22 users.

This was observered when we run the manual TC for UDOs.

Is this normal or something is wrong is here.
