CRS won't start on 10g IBM AIX 5.3

Hello,

I have 2 rac nodes 10g on IBM AIX 5.3.

one node CRS is running fine but the other one is down, i'm not able to start it, there is no error on it.

just got this error from file below,

bash-3.2$ echo $CRS_HOME

/u01/oracle/product/crs

bash-3.2$ pwd

/u01/oracle/product/crs/log/dbsvr2/client

bash-3.2$ more css349.log
