Unit only / Adhoc stock counts and RUA (Receiver unit adjustments)

I want to know if anyone knows how "Unit only" stock counts or Adhoc stock counts in SIM works with RMS RUAs. The scenario is.

1. A PO is received for item A for qty 10.

2. User performs a Unit only stock count which sets the qty to 8.

3. User then creates an RUA for that PO received in step 1 with qty -2

4. Now in case of Unit and Amount stock counts, RMS will post and reverse the RUA since the SOH has already been rectified due to the U&A stock count (RMS will have the unit and amount count information in the STAKE_* tables published by SIM through RIB).
