eConfigurator error - SBL-CFG-00156: Complex object instance is not loaded.

Hello,

We are facing an error inside eConfigurator while trying to perform a modification order.

More specifically the order is created correctly, then we open eConfigurator and when trying to change any attribute the context is lost and we receive error

SBL-CFG-00156: Complex object instance is not loaded.

By examining the log files there is no obvious indication of what the root cause might be. (attached a sample log part)

Which parts of the log must be examined?

Some specific eConfigurator methods to be identified in the log for the correct input arguments?
