Create accouting error (The source assigned to the accounting attribute Accounted Amount has no valu

Hi, Gurus

Please help us to solve the below error.

1 - We want to close period Jul-15.

2 - When we submit create accounting request we faced an error.

3 - We followed note1664687.1 to solve the error but the DBA did not find the patch in the mentioned note.
