Siebel Workflow simulator is going in loops and opening multiple siebel.exe instances of siebel webc

Hello Experts,

I am facing a strange issue while trying to debug workflow using Simulator. Multiple siebel.exe instances are opened in task manager after clicking Start Simulation button on WF. Everything is hanged after that. PFA screenshot.

Any idea why it might be happening?

Note: No other IE window is open when I am trying it. Also dedicated client works fine when I open it directly.
