Oracle Communications IP Service Activator (IPSA) 7.3.4 Now Available on the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud


New Programmatic Intent-based Network API allows service providers to offer dynamic and API-driven business connectivity services across physical and virtualized IP and Ethernet networks


IPSA’s powerful policy-driven approach and abstracted service models enable service providers to efficiently provision complex multi-vendor IP/Ethernet connectivity and application services – such as IP/Ethernet VPNs, multicast VPNs, QoS, firewalls, and Bandwidth on Demand – in heterogeneous networks transitioning to SDN and NFV.

With the introduction of the Programmatic Intent-based Network API, this release transforms IPSA into a Domain Controller for IP and Ethernet services, as defined in the
