Not getting correct 1095C Form Count/Information on R08150

Hello,

I manually created the 1094Cs for our companies, but now see that the 1095C form information is not coming up with the right count of 1095-C forms or the information for those 1095Cs. I have to create 3 authoritative transmittal forms for three companies that are in an Aggregated group. I am filling out part IV for all the forms with the respective related companies.

Does anyone have this scenario? or Do you know what I might be missing?
