ACA Business Name/Mailing group data element assistance

We are at the point of creating production transmission files and are having trouble getting the right business name/mailing group data elements to populate. At first, we were not getting the business name/mailing group. We took ESU JM19743 which has bug 23571265 related to this issue. Now we are getting the business name/mailing group, however it is not correct. For every AIR ID we have created transmission files for, what appears to be populated is the contact person.
