Hello:

I have a question, I have a request from development team to apply this data corruption/data fix patch 22781845:R12.AP.B for R12.1.x, please help understand do I have to take the services down in order to apply the data fix patch.  I know in general we take down the service to apply the patches, but for data fix do we need to take the services down or not.
